was brought to my attention today that Obsessedjean on Flickr [link] was posting one of my photos

I took a look and found not only a couple of mine in his  'collection', but several thousand that appear to have been lifted from DA. At least he is crediting the artist but....

Now I dont mind if people fave my work: but would rather that they ask before reposting/blogging

if you shoot anything remotely fetish then I say check this guy out .. he didn't ask me if he could repost, and I doubt he asked anyone. Not only is he in breach of copyright, he is also breaching Flickr's own TOS

Up date : He's still at it - Dougfdoug seems to have impressed as well as a heap of cow/udder art - so if you know anyone into cows, get them to check him out; there are of course plenty others from DA 'featured. In teh meantim teh Jeannoir gallery has either had its contents removed, or made private
